The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is piloting new E-confidentiality software to improve efficiency and keep confidential information secure across all competition law (CA98) cases – and it wants your views.

The new software will update existing processes and is set to improve the effectiveness of interactions between the CMA, legal advisors and businesses/ individuals represented in investigations.

To ensure CMA get the best results we can from the pilot, the CMA wants to gather views from the legal community.

In this webinar, hosts Juliette Enser (Cartel Enforcement) and Ann Pope (Antitrust), Senior Directors at the CMA, will:

  • Introduce the E-confidentiality software and pilot
  • Gather your feedback to help shape a successful roll out
