As an Associate, you will be responsible for advising on a range of business matters such as mergers, acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts and buy-ins, joint ventures as well as regulatory matters such as shareholder agreements, LLP agreements as well as tax and other restructuring matters.

Our client allows individuals to be exposed to transactions up to £100 million acting for both buyers and sellers across a variety of sectors from PLC’s and household names to sole traders and partnerships.
