In order to keep up with clients demand,, they require a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to support the growing demand and overall team. You will support a wide range of institutional investors, management teams, investee and portfolio companies and banks.

Ideal candidate

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to further bolster the already impressive client base by dealing with a broad Corporate caseload which will include; joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and corporate governance.

The successful candidate must:

• Have at least 4 years post qualification experience within a Corporate department
• Have experience in business development and a well developed personal brand.
• Have commercial awareness and a history of strong financial performance.
• Ideally have experience of introducing new business.
• Be ambitious and have the desire to progress.
