The opportunity

TSR Legal have recently been instructed by a boutique Cardiff law firm who are looking to recruit a Partner to the Banking & Finance team. Our client has a fantastic and longstanding reputation both nationally across its core practice area of Banking & Finance, Corporate, Commercial, Real Estate and Litigation.

Our client’s Banking & Finance team handles a broad range of financial transactions including high-net-worth individuals, financial institutions, major banks, and fund managers. Our client is also regarded as a major player within the Real Estate Finance market, working across sectors including healthcare, housing, and the energy sector.

To be considered for this role, our client is requiring a candidate who is either a Partner currently or looking for a step up from Senior Associate or Legal Director. The role would suit an individual with at least 7 years post-qualification experience, excellent drafting skills, willingness to develop and teach more junior members of the team, and experience of working within a banking and finance team covering a range of matters.
