The team specialise in commercial disputes across a range of sectors including sport, healthcare, media, TMT, and commerce and have hit the headlines on multiple occasions in the past 12 months, handling high value cases in the tens of millions. As a result of growth they are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE to join their team – you will be reporting directly to one of the Partners whilst also mentoring more junior members of the team.

What to expect

The caseload specifically will include handling matters on breach of contract cases, partnership/joint venture disputes, class actions, business torts, intellectual property disputes and shareholder issues.
