The role

TSR Legal have an excellent opportunity for a 2 plus years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and successful Cardiff law firm, you’ll be offered a competitive salary, a friendly and inclusive working environment, and clear opportunities to progress.

Responsibilities

• Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property matters
• Sale and purchase of freehold retail & industrial units
• Landlord and Tenant matters
• Sales and purchases of small businesses
• Day to day handling of commercial property matters
• Conduct of matters on behalf of clients

About you

• The successful candidate should be a minimum 2-year PQE
• Previous experience handling a varied commercial property caseload
