The role

TSR Legal are pleased to present this unique opportunity to join a top tier Legal 500 Law Firm based in Cardiff.

This is a role that will see you joining an elite level, tier 1 firm that has achieved and holds a number of esteemed accolades within the industry.

The firm are looking for a Corporate Associate to join their highly ambitious and fast growing Corporate Group in Cardiff. Their Corporate Team offers a full range of specialist corporate legal services including M&A (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity/venture capital and joint ventures.

They offer the full remit of corporate expertise to a wide range of clients from technology-focused start-ups to established multinational blue chips, on an array of domestic and international transactions.

The firm are seeking a mid-level associate to work in their central Cardiff based office, they are seeking a candidate with prior experience in working at a reputable regional firm.

About you

  • Excellent academic achievement
  • Experience of handling corporate transactions gained in a comparable environment and at an appropriate level
  • A desire to be working for a top 100 national firm
  • Flexibility to support a broad range of corporate transactions
  • The ability to manage aspects of complex matters/ transactions and clients and to use initiative when doing so
  • Knowledge of key areas of the law in order to provide clear, precise, practical advice
  • The ability to liaise effectively with lawyers and also with lawyers from other disciplines and jurisdictions as required
