The right candidate for this role will be NQ – 4 years post-qualified, with a proven ability to work within a team and manage a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Preparing applications to the Court of Protection
• Supporting the team with the drafting of more complex applications to the Court of Protection
• Dealing with Personal Injury Trusts
• Preparing Will applications
• Working alongside litigation solicitors
• Working closely with the professional deputies ensuring clients receive all state benefits available to them.
• Dealing with complicated family dynamics and disputes
