Location: Cardiff / Fully Flexible Hybrid Working

Salary: Up to £50k pa

TSR Legal have an exciting opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor  to join a leading team at one of the regions most well respected firms.

The role

The work is interesting and varied involving initial applications for the appointment of Deputyships to the administration of the client’s property and finances, which frequently involves many different areas of law,  which can include an international dimension, applications to the Court of protection, statutory Wills and dealing with complicated family dynamics and disputes.  It also involves making applications for LPA’s and administering LPA’s.

• Good communication skills with an ability to explain complex areas of law in a simple and coherent way.
