TSR Legal are working with a leading Swansea office of a Legal 500 law firm.

You will be joining a friendly regional Employment team acting for a range of clients on contentious and non-contentious Employment matters. The team has a large volume of quality work and the pipeline is good. You will be joining a team with plenty of support and be responsible for running your own matters from start to settlement.

The firm works in a flexible way and embraces hybrid working.

You will be part of the Swansea team but link up with colleagues in other offices.

The firm is open minded to the candidate’s background – you could be a lawyer at a smaller firm looking to step up or a solicitor at a large national firm looking for a better quality/life balance.

The ideal candidate

You will be a UK qualified Employment Solicitor and it’s likely that you will have at least 3 years plus PQE.
