TSR Legal have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join a highly-reputable Cardiff-based firm.

The role

As a Solicitor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality legal advice and representation to the firm’s clients, ensuring that their legal needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and sensitivity.

Responsibilities

Based from the firms Cardiff office you will handle a range of cases, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence cases. You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and negotiating settlements.

About you

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with 2 plus years’ post-qualification experience in Family Law. As a Solicitor, you will have a strong understanding of the law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

As a Family Solicitor, you will be required to work independently, managing your own caseload and prioritising your workload effectively. You will be expected to provide an exceptional level of service to our clients, delivering practical solutions to complex legal problems.
