The opportunity

TSR Legal are supporting a leading Legal 500 regional practice in their search for a 1-3 years PQE Corporate associate. The right candidate will be experienced and have the drive and energy to progress their career, this is an expansion role.

It will be essential that the candidate has the experience and skills to deal with corporate matters.

• The position will suit a candidate who can demonstrate the following characteristics.
• Qualified or soon to qualify as a solicitor in England & Wales;
• Experience of UK corporate law;
• At least one seat in a recognised corporate team;
• Good academic background;
• Strong communication skills

The team advise a broad range of both regional and national clients on:

• Mergers and acquisitions;
• Private equity;
• Joint ventures;
• Capital markets;
