The firm
A highly reputed law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to take on an important role within a well-respected organisation.
About you
The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Family Solicitor. You will be expected to have a thorough understanding of the law relating to matrimonial and relationships, private law children, public law children, and domestic violence. As well as having a comprehensive understanding of Legal Aid you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide an excellent service to clients and be an advocate for their legal rights. You will be expected to be able to provide advice and represent clients in court proceedings. You will also be required to provide support and advice to clients in the preparation of court documents.The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also be an effective problem solver and have the ability to handle difficult and challenging scenarios.
