The role

TSR Legal currently have a brand new opportunity available for an Insolvency Solicitor at a well-established national law firm that offers the full range of legal services to its clients. They have grown in the last few years and now have a new role in their Cardiff office.

The Insolvency Senior Associate will join an established management team and one that is highly regarded. You will benefit from working alongside Partners, Senior Associates and will have paralegal support.

Responsibilities

• Asset tracing & recovery
• Bankruptcy
• Creditor Services
• Cryptocurrency
• Debt Recovery
• Liquidation
• Restructuring

The role will see you work closely with the Partners to develop the current insolvency offering and to manage a portfolio of insolvency cases. You will provide technical guidance to the team with their caseload and will develop the team and play an active role in the operational adaptations in the team as growth takes its course.

The role will see you take an active role in networking and business development.

About you

You will be an Insolvency Lawyer looking for Partnership and ideally will have previously worked in the South/West market.
