The role

TSR Legal have a superb opportunity for a Solicitor to join a regional firm in their search to recruit a junior Solicitor into its Commercial Property team in Newport.

The Commercial Property team advises on the full scope of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, negotiating and drafting commercial leases, planning matters and agricultural property matters. The team act on behalf of a varied portfolio of clients, consisting of small owner managed businesses, large private and public bodies and property developers.
The team prides itself on its in depth knowledge of the local, regional and national property market.

Applications are welcomed from NQ-2 PQE Solicitors with sound commercial property knowledge and a strong commercial approach to their work.
