Lead Conveyancing Solicitor

Location: Cardiff

Salary: Up to £60k pa

The role

TSR Legal have a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Conveyancing Solicitor to join our clients office in Cardiff. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and running the growth of conveyancing work in the Cardiff office, working closely with the Managing Partner. This role is responsible for developing a thriving practice and managing all referral networks and new opportunities for work and client relationships.

About you

• 7+ years PQE in conveyancing.

• Experience in managing referrals and/or referral networks.

• Experience in line management and/or managing junior colleagues.

• Experience in working closely alongside firm Partners

• Confident communicator with good relationship building skills.

• Ability to quickly build strong, productive relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Able to work independently and with legal support

• Able to work with a minimum of supervision.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and highly driven.
