Location: Cardiff

Salary: Up to circa £44k pa (DOE)

The role

TSR Legal have partnered up with a leading law firm who are currently recruiting for a 2+ year PQE Solicitor or FCILEx to join a well-established private family team with offices near Cardiff city centre.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a small team with an emphasis on private divorce and finance clients,

You will have experience handling a range of Family matters including Private Law Children Matters, Separation & Cohabitation disputes, Private Divorce, Financial and HNW Pre & Post-nuptial agreements.

Managing your own caseload, you will have excellent paralegal and administrative support.

The ability to deal with Private Family matters efficiently is essential. Day to day you can expect to manage caseloads consisting of:

• Domestic violence
• Divorce and separation
• Child custody and visitation rights
• Adoption
• Guardianship

The successful candidate will become a vital part of a friendly and hardworking team with room to grow.

About you

• A strong academic background with proven private family law experience
• Understanding of financial remedies
• Experience of working in the areas of Divorce, Financial, Unmarried couples & Property Disputes
• Excellent communication skills
