Legal Practice Manager

Location: Cardiff

Salary: Up to £50k pa (DOE)

The role

TSR Legal are proud to be working with one of the regions highly recognised specialist law firms who now have a brand-new opportunity for a Practice Manager to join their team in Cardiff.

The role is part of the senior team and will assist the Directors in ensuring efficient and effective operational and strategic leadership of the firm. You will be tasked with overseeing and ensuring best practice and compliance throughout the organisation and making recommendations on how best to move forward.

The successful applicant will have experience of managing a legal office accredited to Lexcel Standards and of implementing changes to those standards.

Responsibilities

• Reporting, advising the Partners
• Supporting the office manager on conflicts
• Managing the daily operations of the firm, ensuring best practice by all fee earners and administration
• Analysing business performance together with the Finance Team and its Director
• Making recommendations on strategies moving forward
• Streamlining internal processes
• Maintaining organisation and up to date records
• Ensuring compliance across the company
