The role

TSR Legal are working with a leading South Wales practice with offices in Newport offering hybrid working seeks a driven Litigation Solicitor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented solicitor or legal executive with experience in general litigation matters to join our client’s bespoke firm in the Newport area. The successful lawyer will handle a variety of complex and challenging litigation matters

Responsibilities

• General litigation dispute matters
• Personal injury
• Negligence
• Contract disputes
• Handling witness statements and trial bundles
• Dealing with counsel

About you

• Qualified solicitors and legal executives at all levels of experience
• Solid experience in general litigation matters is essential
• Familiar with CPR rules and other procedural-related matters
• Has proven project and time management skills
• Works effectively within a team
• Professional, organised, competent, enthusiastic and ambitious
