The role

TSR Legal are working with a highly regarded firm and employment team in Cardiff.

The firm is seeking an ambitious  NQ / Junior solicitor specialising in employment law.

This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified – 2 years PQE to join a busy team on a permanent basis. Working within employment law the successful candidate will cover varied areas including HR matters, tribunal claims and dismissal of senior executives.

Responsibilities

• HR disciplinary and grievance
• Settlement agreements
• Employment tribunal claims
• Delivering employment law training
• Restructuring and redundancy
• Appeals

About you

• Qualified solicitor NQ – 2PQE
• Knowledge and experience in employment law
• Confident working on own caseload
• Strong communication skills
• Works well as part of a team
• IT literate
• Passionate for personal development
