The firm

An exciting opportunity has arisen due to expansion to join a Swansea City Centre Law firm as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.  This firm specialises in helping consumers who were mis-sold their car finance agreements to claim back the money owed to them as a result of that mis-selling.

TSR Legal are proud to be working with this growing firm who are seeking someone to work alongside the Head of Litigation handling litigation arising out of PCP claims against lenders.

The role

The ideal candidate would have recent experience of litigation (volume claims would be very useful).  The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of the litigation including making pre action disclosure applications, issuing proceedings, drafting pleadings, and liaising with Barristers in preparation for trial.  It would be ideal if the candidate has recent experience of using case management systems, the package used at this firm is Proclaim.

About you

We are look for someone who is keen to learn and is willing to take an active part in adding to the success of the department.  There will also be an opportunity to get involved in other litigation the firm runs. Although it would be ideal to have candidates with PCP or Consumer experience, there is talent in the team already to train so we are happy to consider candidates with background in process litigation or someone interested in that area and willing to learn.
