Personal Injury Legal Executive

• Location: Cardiff Outskirts (Hybrid considered)
• Salary: Up to circa £45,000 (DOE)

The opportunity

TSR Legal is proud to be working in partnership with an award-winning and highly respected claimant personal injury firm, to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Legal Executive to join their growing team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury Legal Executive to manage their own caseload of claimant matters from inception through to conclusion, with appropriate supervision where required.

The work will include a varied mix of:

• Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims
• Accidents at Work
• Accidents in Public Places
• Serious Injury matters (depending on experience)

You will be working as part of a supportive, specialist PI team that prides itself on delivering outstanding client care and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of claimant personal injury files
• Handling claims from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation
• Advising clients clearly and empathetically throughout the claims process
• Drafting correspondence, witness statements, and legal documentation
• Liaising with insurers, medical experts, counsel, and other third parties
• Maintaining high standards of compliance, client care, and file management

About You

• Experienced Personal Injury Legal Executive or Fee Earner
• Strong background in claimant PI work (RTA, EL/PL essential)
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent client communication and organisational skills
• A genuine commitment to claimant work and access to justice
