Practice Manager

Location: Newport

Salary: Up to circa £45k (DOE)

TSR Legal are working with a Long-standing law firm based in Newport. This quality legal firm is seeking to welcome a Legal Practice Manager to join their professional and experienced team.

The practice is a dynamic, full-service law firm with a longstanding presence across the region that prides itself in offering a modern, client focused approach.

They have won local and regional awards for their service, regularly achieve high client satisfaction ratings and form long-term relationships with their clients which results in regular repeat business.

The Role

You will join an experienced management team and will be responsible for handling matters in relation to HR, regulatory compliance, financial control, risk management and client care.

About you

To be considered for this role, you will have experience of managing a busy Law firm in addition to knowledge of Legal accounts and Solicitors Account Rules.

The role would be ideally suited to a Practice Manager, with at least two years’ experience, who is wanting to develop in their career in a respectable firm.
