- Generating new candidates at all levels through proactive and innovative acquisition methods.
- Headhunting candidates for contingency and retained roles.
- Working on market mapping exercises and the research element of search mandates.
- Consistent delivery of CVs to clients and candidate calls.
- Effectively maintaining records on the in-house recruitment database.
- Some account management responsibility.
