TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a reputable law firm in Cardiff is looking for a Residential Property Fee Earner/Conveyancer to join their team as soon as possible.

The role

This role offers the opportunity to develop and progress your career, and you will be rewarded with a salary dependent on your experience. You will also be eligible for a fee earning bonus of 10% over target and a holiday bonus of one day’s holiday per month when target is achieved.

The Residential Property Fee Earner/Conveyancer will provide exceptional services to the firm’s clients, dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and shared ownership. You will have a thorough understanding of the conveyancing process, from instruction to completion, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

You must be able to manage a high workload and be able to communicate effectively with all team members and clients. You should have a professional approach and good organisational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
