The opportunity

A highly ranked international law firm have a brand-new opportunity for a 4+ PQE Solicitor to join their well established team.

Applications are encouraged outside of the PQE, especially those with a vested interest in energy as there are excellent resources and pathways to support growth & development.

The Team

Real estate is the core of the firm’s business, boasting one of the largest full service real estate teams of any global law practice & are consistently ranked in directories worldwide. You will work as part of a national and collegiate team driven by  a Legal 500 recognised Partner. You will be working with a friendly and supportive group of experienced real estate energy experts who play a key part in the firm’s broader energy team. They pride themselves on being a close knit, value led & sociable team.

The Work

You will undertake a range of land transactions and advisory work in support of a wide variety of projects including those of national and international significance.

The work will involve advising at all stages of the life cycle of energy & infrastructure projects including development, acquisition, disposal and funding.

You will work closely with developers, buyers, sellers and funders of a full range of onshore and offshore technologies including on and offshore wind, wave and tidal, solar, biomass and nuclear power stations.
