Location: Cardiff

Salary: £60k – £70k pa

The role

TSR Legal have an outstanding opportunity  to join a growing property litigation team to provide professional advice on a range of property disputes. My client are an award winning Cardiff Law firm with numerous offices across the UK. This is the perfect role for an Associate who is wanting to progress onto Partner level.

About you

• Senior lawyer with over 5 years PQE.
• A strong academic background.
• Strong, up to date technical knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• A broad and varied property litigation caseload.

Responsibilities

To manage a broad mix of property litigation matters, both commercial and residential including:-

• ADR
• Option agreement disputes
• Contested lease renewals
• Injunctive relief
• Surrender and forfeitures
• Evictions
• Restrictive covenants
• Easements
