Role Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload encompassing both general and serious crime, seeing each case through to conclusion.
  • Provide advisory services, represent clients at police stations, and handle court proceedings.
  • Engage effectively with clients and third parties from diverse backgrounds.
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the business, ensuring clients receive top-tier care and expertise.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced paralegals, fostering a cooperative working environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Essential: A qualified criminal defence solicitor with a passion for criminal law.
  • Desirable: Police Station Accreditation, though not essential, will be advantageous.
  • Personal Attributes: Confident, personable, and able to establish rapport with clients from the outset.
  • Practical Requirements: Full UK driver’s licence and own transportation.
