Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Cardiff
Salary: Up to £45k pa
The role
TSR Legal have a fantastic opportunity with a small law firm based in Cardiff who are looking for a conveyancing solicitor to join due to natural growth.
About you
You should be able to run your own residential conveyancing files from initial instruction to completion independently and be adept at dealing with both sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold matters.
If you are able to deal with 40-60 files
You need to have good client facing skills and be and a can-do attitude.
