Salary: Up to £29k pa DOE
TSR Legal are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter / Talent Partner to join our client’s internal HR and resources team. You will be responsible for managing internal and external client relationships and will follow your own the full recruitment process, from candidate attraction, through to offer management.
The in-house recruiter will identify, attract, qualify and screen candidates throughout the recruitment process through to offer management and on boarding on behalf of the firm.
Our client is an award winning & global cyber security company. They are an extremely approachable firm that takes time to talk things through and understand all their client’s needs.
You will be based at the firm’s head offices Swansea and working across the firm’s network of offices across the region as well as globally.
We are looking for candidates who have ambition and drive and are used to working in a fast-paced environment. Delivering service excellence to external agencies and candidates. You will have a proven track record supporting permanent hiring, and be experienced in multi-channel candidate attraction
- Managing the application pipeline by partnering with recruiters & hiring managers / solicitors to build effective sourcing strategies
- Building a future candidate pipeline by networking with candidates & performing proactive market research
- Recommending recruitment strategies / process and ideas that will contribute to continuous growth of the law firm
You will have at least 1+ years’ mixed experience of working in an internal recruitment role and consultancy.
