The President of Cardiff and District Law Society invites you to attend its Annual Dinner this November – an unmissable opportunity to catch up with peers, colleagues, friends & clients, and to celebrate the society’s annual award winners.

This year’s Cardiff & District Law Society (CDLS) Annual Dinner will be hosted at the Mercure Holland House Hotel in Cardiff, on Friday 7 November 2025.

CDLS President Trish D’Souza (Browne Jacobson), invites the society’s members, those working in and with legal brands in and around Cardiff, affiliated industries and law students to join a night filled with entertainment, and to celebrate and champion the local legal community with the largest regional law society in Wales.

Booking is now open and an Earlybird Discount rate is available to all CDLS members – added to the already discounted member rate. The Earlybird discount ends 1 September 2025.

CDLS members can use a discounted member rate when booking individual tickets and tables. If you are unsure of your member status, please email admin@cardifflaw.org.

• Individual Tickets (Non Members): £100 pp
• Table of 10 (CDLS Members): £950 Earlybird rate (until 01.09.25) = £900 per table
• Table of 10 (Non Members): £1000

Tickets include a drinks reception and three-course evening meal and entertainment.

Drinks Pre-Orders

A drinks pre-order form will be sent to you / your table’s lead contact once we have received payment for your booking. Pre-orders need to be dealt directly with the venue. Details will be provided.

Please send us your guests’ dietary requirements to admin@cardifflaw.org no later than Friday 17 October 2025 to ensure the venue can accommodate your needs.

CDLS Awards 2025

The winners of the CDLS Awards 2025 programme will be announced at the annual dinner.

CDLS will also announce the winner of the Simon Mumford Memorial Award 2025 at the dinner. This is a judges’ choice award, to recognise an individual for their contribution to the Cardiff and wider legal profession.
