Cardiff & District Law Society is hosting a free event to explore mental health & wellbeing in the legal profession with an unmissable line up of panellists, to mark Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW) 2024.
The Society will also share the results of its annual anonymised MHAW survey, which is currently open for submissions, and can found here.
The panel event
The panel event will take place on Thursday 16 May, from 6pm, at Capital Law, Cardiff. The panellists are:
- Mark Evans (Current Law Society Vice President) – attending remotely
- Dafydd James – Lockton – Business Development Executive and ex-Wales rugby player
- Eglė Padaigaitė-Gulbinienė – PHD Student, funded by Mental Health Research UK
- Emma Waddingham – Founder of Legal News Wales
- Gethin Bennet – Solicitor at Royal Mint
- Page Baldwin – Head of Learning and Development – Capital Law
- Sian Hughes – Head of EDI at the SRA
Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
