The Law Society of England and Wales and the Solicitors Regulation Authority invite professionals across the legal sector in Wales to join them at Pride Cymru 2026, hosted in Cardiff on Saturday 13 June.

Local law societies, the Legal Ombudsman and the Legal Services Board join the Law Society and the SRA for this annual event that unites the LGBTQ+ community and allies at the march through Cardiff, to send a clear message that the legal profession welcomes and supports everyone in the LGBTQ+ community.

Whether you’re a long-time supporter or joining for the first time, this is an opportunity to stand together in celebration and solidarity. Allies and families are very welcome.

By registering to join the group, your cost of entry into the march is covered by the Law Society and the SRA.

Pride Cymru is one of Wales’s leading LGBTQ+ charities, working year-round to bring communities together and champion inclusion.

The day will include:

  • A pre-parade breakfast hosted by Watkins and Gunn, joined by the SRA and the Law Society
  • The Pride parade through the city
  • A post-parade social at On The River Cardiff, organised by Browne Jacobson LLP

If you and / or your firm are already hosting a pre or post march event, please do feel free to join us for whichever part of the day that suits you.

Cardiff & District Law Society council members and Legal News Wales will attend all aspects of the event. Lawyers and legal organisations from across Wales are invited to attend.
