LawCare & the Junior Lawyers Division Cardiff joined Legal News Wales for a wellbeing refresh & mindfulness pitstop during Mental Health Awareness Week 2020.
During this well-attended event, participants had the chance to share moments of kindness with each other and tips to counter some of the emotional challenges we all face during the Covid-19 pandemic – and often at other times too.
This informal event was led by the JLD Cardiff and Mary Jackson from LawCare also led a fantastic and calming moment of mindfulness, which you can rewatch, below.
Take 10 minutes to reboot and refresh during Mental Health Awareness Week 2020 and throughout lockdown. It’s so important to take stock of how you’re feeling and what may have an impact on your general wellbeing.
While it sounds incredible to believe that a 10 minute pause (or ‘sos’, as Mary explains in the video below) can have such a dramatically positive effect on the rest of the day, believe us, it really can.
