Acuity Law has strengthened its corporate and M&A capabilities with the strategic appointment of Ed Chapman as a Corporate Partner in its Bristol office.
Ed’s arrival marks a significant step in the firm’s continued growth and investment in the South West. With offices spanning the M4 corridor from London to Swansea, Acuity’s corporate team now includes over 20 lawyers.
With more than a decade of experience in corporate law, Ed advises on a broad range of transactions including fundraisings, mergers, acquisitions and disposals. He has a particular focus on supporting owner-managed and private equity–backed businesses pursuing growth through investment and buy-and-build strategies, and on delivering successful exits.
