Commercial law firm Darwin Gray has recently welcomed five new team members, bringing the firm’s growth in the last two years to 40%.

Associate Vanessa Lovell and Solicitor Tiegan James join the growing commercial disputes team, with Charles Collar joining as a Solicitor in the firm’s specialist insolvency team.

Due to rapid growth since 2023, Darwin Gray has doubled both it’s Cardiff and Bangor offices spaces, welcoming a number of new team members across the firm’s legal expertise and support teams.

The latest appointments include expansions of the insolvency, corporate & commercial and commercial disputes teams, as well as a bolstering of firm-wide administrative support.

Holly O’Regan joins the corporate and commercial team as a trainee, with Amanda Scanlon joining to support the firm as an Executive Assistant.

Darwin Gray was formed in 2002. 30% of the firm’s staff are fluent Welsh speakers and can provide services bilingually and the firm also has a specialist HR consultancy team and are partners of the Wales HR Network.
