The opportunity

TSR Legal are currently partnering with one of the most well-regarded regional firms in Cirencester who are highly ranked across several legal disciplines and have over 12 offices across the United Kingdom.

Due to rapid expansions in 2022 and 2023 and the opening of several new offices across the United Kingdom, our client is currently looking to expand its Commercial Property offering in Cirencester with the addition of either a Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate.

Our client has a fantastic reputation both locally and nationally assisting commercial tenants, property developers, major banks as well as major landowners.

Our client has the expertise and coverage to offer a range of commercial property services to its clients including advising on finance structures, negotiation the sale and acquisition of freehold and leasehold matters, commercial property leases, agricultural matters as well as planning matters.
