This corporate team has an excellent client base and acts for, amongst others, SMEs, PLCs and high profile owner managed businesses.

The department works across a number of sectors including technology, financial services, retail, hospitality, telecommunications and much more.

Typical matters would be relating to Mergers, acquisitions and disposals, Management buy-outs and buy-ins , Corporate reorganisations and restructurings, Shareholders agreements and much more.
