The Role

You will join a close-knit team within a wider commercial firm, supporting on a range of education law matters while playing a key role in client interaction. Responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a first point of contact for clients, handling queries with professionalism and confidence
• Supporting fee earners with case preparation and administrative tasks
• Drafting correspondence and legal documents
• Managing files and ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Working collaboratively within a small team environment

About You

We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. What’s most important is your confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail.

You will ideally:

• Be confident liaising with clients, particularly over the phone
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
• Be comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
• Show a genuine interest in building a long-term career in a specialist area of law

Previous legal experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates from client-facing backgrounds such as hospitality or customer service will be considered, provided you can demonstrate professionalism and strong communication skills.
