Private Client Solicitor

• Location: Swansea
• Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)
• Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)

The opportunity

A new opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor with 2-5 PQE to join a well-established and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload while working within a supportive and experienced department. The role will involve:

• Managing a broad private client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney.
• Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and estate structuring.
• Handling trusts and advising on trust creation and administration.
• Managing client relationships with a high level of sensitivity and professionalism.
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the department.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with 2-5 PQE in private client work.
• Have strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate planning.
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
• Be confident managing your own caseload independently.
• Be proactive and keen to play a key role in the team’s continued growth.
