The opportunity

A new opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor with 2-5 PQE to join a well-established disputes team with a strong reputation in rural and agricultural matters. This role offers a unique opportunity to handle high-quality work within a niche and growing area.

The role will involve:

• Managing a caseload of property litigation matters including boundary disputes, rights of way, easements, and landlord and tenant issues.
• Advising on agricultural and rural land disputes, including farming partnerships and tenancy matters.
• Acting for landowners, farmers, and rural businesses.
• Supporting on complex, high-value litigation alongside senior teams members.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships within the rural sector.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with 2-5 PQE in property litigation.
• Have experience or a strong interest in agricultural/rural matters.
• Demonstrate strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
• Be confident managing your own caseload and contributing to team growth.
• Have excellent client care and communication skills.
