TSR Legal are seeking an individual who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced residential conveyancing environment. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years’ post qualification experience in managing their own caseload and be confident in working autonomously.

About you

The successful applicant must have knowledge and experience of dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, from initial instruction through to post completion and be up to date with current legislation. You will be confident in dealing with clients, lenders, and other third parties. You should also have a good working knowledge of the CLC Handbook and good practical knowledge of the Land Registry.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently and manage their own varied caseload.
