A: 2025 was a landmark year for Bone and Payne. The partners agreed on a clear, shared direction for the firm, resulting in an ambitious, achievable business plan to support sustained growth over the next five years.
As part of this process, the firm’s core values were codified and launched alongside our strategic objectives at our first-ever firm-wide staff conference and activity day in beautiful Eryri. The event was extremely well received, setting the stage for continued success into 2026.
Q: What key objectives and goals do Bone and Payne have for 2026
A: Bone and Payne’s focus for 2026 is on growth and continuous improvement. With ActionStep successfully implemented in 2025, the firm is now technologically equipped for future development.
The year ahead will emphasise recruitment, development, and retention through a refreshed approach to personal growth, while also investing in marketing and business development to strengthen the firm’s brand and raise the professional profiles of its lawyers, including LinkedIn skills coaching.
Q: How does Bone and Payne stand out from other law firms?
