Karen is the Managing Director of TSR Legal and a co-founder of the business that celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2023. Karen is responsible for managing a team of legal recruitment consultants covering the whole of the UK as well as managing the overall business interests of TSR legal recruitment. She recruits legal staff in to law firms from office assistant level up to senior partner, including teams and volume recruitment projects.
