Gamlins Law has moved into its new headquarters in Rhyl. Morfa Hall offers the North Wales based law firm with over 10,500 sq. ft. of office space to support its community hub ambitions.
The majority of the firm’s 75-strong team will be based at Morfa Hall, which has been renovated and refurbished to provide a modern working environment.
Gamlins Law said it wants to create ‘a vibrant community hub, offering other local businesses and charities with flexible meeting and working space’.
Ron Davison, Managing Director of Gamlins Law, said:
“We are hugely excited to have moved into Morfa Hall. We have spent a year investing in the building including a full renovation programme and the addition of the latest IT infrastructure.
“We also want to continue playing a key role in strengthening links within the local community and will therefore be opening up some of our space to other businesses and the not-for-profit sector.”
Among those able to access the Gamlins Law HQ will be partner companies on its Go For Growth programme. The initiative, launched in 2019, aims to provide existing and new clients with a range of complementary business services including accountancy, financial planning, recruitment and insurance.
It is also hoped that some of the meeting space can be opened up to health and wellbeing practitioners offering the likes of yoga, meditation and exercise classes.
Ron added:
“The opening of our new HQ forms a key part of our future growth plans as a business, but we also recognise that in order to grow we need to provide our staff, clients and other visitors with the best possible environment.”
Gamlins Law has further offices in Mold, Ruthin, Denbigh and Holywell. It also has a sister company, HR Anchor, which provides businesses with a range of HR services, complementing the employment law offering of Gamlins Law.
