Lux Family Law is celebrating an expansion milestone this year as the boutique law firm marks its eighth anniversary.
Founded in 2018 by Charlotte Leyshon, Lux Family Law will open its first office in London later this month to support the firm’s existing and growing London client base. For its founder, the move is especially meaningful. The new office will be based in Mayfair, where Charlotte first trained and later qualified as a family lawyer. Charlotte said:
“Reaching eight years is incredibly special. Opening our Mayfair office feels like the natural next step and with so many of our clients based in London, this allows us to support them more closely. And for me personally, returning to the area where I first worked in family law makes this milestone even more significant.”
In addition, Lux has expanded its client offering across both its Cardiff and London offices with the appointment of Natalia Wolski, an experienced therapist who will provide emotional support to clients alongside their legal representation. “Family law is about people, not just paperwork,” said Charlotte, who added:
“Natalia’s role means our clients can access professional emotional support at the same time as expert legal advice. It’s an important step in making sure they feel supported from every angle.”
Celebrating Welsh women: Wales Week in London event
To coincide with the launch of its London office, Lux will also sponsor and host a ‘Celebration of Welsh Women’ lunch during Wales Week in London, on 25 February at Julie’s restaurant in Notting Hill.
The lunch will feature a Q&A with Francesca James, founder of Ideas Forums and a leading voice in UK entrepreneurship and will shine a light on the achievements and influence of Welsh women across business, culture, and the creative industries.
She added that Lux Family Law remains ‘focused on raising standards in family law, supporting clients with compassion and clarity, and continuing to grow its team and services across Wales and London’.
