Redkite Solicitors has appointed its first-ever Chief Experience Officer (CXO) – a strategic leadership role created to elevate the firm’s client service standards and accelerate its transformation journey.
Jeff Wright has been appointed as the newly created CXO by the law firm today, after a career spanning more than 30 years in the legal sector. His professional journey began as a litigator before transitioning into law firm management, where he forged a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and client-focused transformation. He joined Redkite in July 2025.
On the announcement of his new role, Jeff said:
“I’m genuinely excited to be part of Redkite Solicitors. The firm’s rapid expansion across South Wales and into the West of England is a testament to its ambition and strong values.
“What drew me in was Redkite’s unwavering commitment to its clients and communities. This isn’t just another law firm—it’s a business with heart, purpose, and a clear vision for the future. I’m thrilled to be returning to South Wales and contributing to a firm that’s deeply rooted in the region and ready to embrace the next phase of growth.”
Jeff has held senior leadership positions at several Top 100 UK law firms, where he spearheaded initiatives in business change, digital strategy, and client experience enhancement.
As Chief Experience Officer, Jeff will be responsible for shaping and executing Redkite’s client experience strategy, ensuring that every interaction reflects the firm’s dedication to excellence, empathy, and innovation. His remit will include overseeing service design, digital transformation, and cultural development across the organisation.
Neil Walker, CEO of Redkite Solicitors, expressed his confidence in the appointment:
“This year has been pivotal for Redkite, with several high-profile additions to our senior leadership team and partnership. Jeff’s arrival is a cornerstone of our strategic plan to redefine what clients can expect from a modern law firm.
“Jeff’s depth of experience and visionary approach will be instrumental in helping us deliver a service that is not only exceptional but also meaningfully different from our competitors. We’re delighted to welcome him to the Executive Board and look forward to the impact he will make.”
The firm said it’s creation of a dedicated CXO role ‘reflects Redkite’s broader commitment to investing in leadership, innovation, and community engagement as it continues to grow and evolve in a competitive legal landscape’.
