Redkite Solicitors has announced it has played a key role in the formation of a new strategic partnership between Bluestone National Park Resort and Latch, enabling families affected by childhood cancer to access free holidays in a supportive and restorative environment.

The partnership brings together organisations united by a shared commitment to supporting families through some of life’s most challenging moments, and supports Redkite’s ongoing commitment to delivering social value and proactively supporting local communities across Wales.

Redkite Solicitors, who has worked with both Bluestone National Park Resort and Latch for a number of years, supported the development of the relationship by providing strategic and legal guidance and helping to establish a clear, robust framework for collaboration. This support ensured the partnership was structured in a way that protects all parties and enables the focus to remain firmly on delivering meaningful benefits for families.

Wellbeing is a central pillar of the support provided by Latch. Time away from the pressures of treatment and hospital visits allows children with cancer, along with their parents and siblings, to relax, enjoy themselves, and create lasting memories together.

Menai Owen‑Jones, CEO of Latch said:

“Strong partnerships are essential to ensuring that families receive the support they truly need. Redkite Solicitors has been an invaluable strategic partner to Latch, providing not only legal expertise but also insight, guidance, and a deep understanding of our mission. Their role in bringing us together with Bluestone National Park Resort was instrumental in turning shared values into a partnership that will make a real difference to families.”

Located in the heart of Pembrokeshire, Bluestone National Park Resort offers an ideal setting for this support and provides a welcoming, safe, and restorative environment where Latch families can spend quality time together.

Giles McNamara, Finance Director of Bluestone National Park Resort, commented:

“We are incredibly proud to be part of a partnership built on shared values and a genuine commitment to supporting families and local communities. Working alongside Latch, and with the support and guidance of Redkite Solicitors, has enabled us to provide experiences that offer families precious time, space, and moments of joy together.”

Speaking of the partnership, Paul James, Head of Commercial Services at Redkite Solicitors said:

“Bluestone National Park Resort and Latch are both long standing clients of Redkite, and it has been a privilege to support the development of a partnership that delivers such meaningful impact. We’re proud to have helped bring together two organisations that share our commitment to social value and wellbeing. This partnership shows how collaboration can create meaningful opportunities for families to rest, reconnect, and feel supported.”

Together, the partnership reflects a shared commitment to social value, collaboration, and community wellbeing, demonstrating how organisations can work together to deliver meaningful, lasting impact for families when they need it most.
