The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has appointed Blake Morgan to offer legal services to the regulator’s legal and enforcement team.
Blake Morgan will work alongside Capsticks, carrying out investigations and representing the SRA at proceedings before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. This role supports the work of the SRA, which is responsible for regulating the professional conduct of more than 160,000 practising solicitors and other authorised individuals.
The appointments were won through a competitive tender following a ‘rigorous and comprehensive’ procurement process by the SRA. The new contracts will begin on 1 November 2023 for an initial period of three years.

The work undertaken by Blake Morgan for the SRA will be led by Cardiff based partner, Delme Griffiths, alongside regulatory partners James Danks and Clare Strickland.
