Geldards has promoted Claire Laviers, a specialist construction lawyer, to partner in the law firm’s latest round of promotions.
Claire is based in the Geldards Cardiff office and was promoted within the law firm’s infrastructure and construction law team, with the partner role commencing from the start of August 2023.
Tony Norris Partner and Head of Geldard’s infrastructure and construction team, said:

The firm added that Claire ‘is highly experienced in the delivery of complex construction projects, advising on all aspects of construction contract drafting and negotiation, from standard industry forms to bespoke project specific contracts’. Geldards construction team regularly advises on major infrastructure projects, including the recent £200m Pentre Awel Health development.
